At TAXWALA, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services and ensuring your satisfaction with our tax, accounting, and financial services. We continually strive to improve and offer the best solutions. Not Satisfied? Let Us Know!

If you're not happy with our service, please send an email to the address provided in our contact information. We will expedite your query to the appropriate agent or manager. While we can manage delays on our end, we cannot control delays caused by the government or incomplete documentation. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to complete your request.

15-Day Refund Policy

If your engagement is not progressing as expected, you can request a refund within 15 days of payment. Refunds are not eligible after 15 days.

Earned Fee & Cancellation Fee Deduction

Before processing any refund, we will make every effort to complete the service. If you are still unsatisfied, a cancellation fee of 20%, plus earned fees and any government fees, will be applied. Refunds will be subject to a minimum 25% cancellation fee, and if time and resources have already been expended, additional fees may be deducted. Under any circumstances, TAXWALA’s liability for refunds is limited to 75% of the original fee paid.

Change of Service

If you wish to change the service you ordered, you may request it within 7 days of purchase. The cost of the original service, minus any earned fees and government-related expenses, will be adjusted for the new service.

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, email info@taxwala.net with transaction details. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks after submission of all necessary information.

Tax Payments and Penalties

TAXWALA acts as a service provider and is not responsible for paying penalties, taxes, or other fees on behalf of clients. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of filings, and TAXWALA is not liable for costs outside the agreed scope of services.

External Factors Beyond Our Control

We cannot guarantee outcomes of certain processes, as some may be subject to government rejections, delays, or technical platform issues (e.g., MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI websites). Such delays or rejections are beyond TAXWALA’s control and are not covered under our refund policy.

Force Majeure

TAXWALA is not liable for any service delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, legal actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances (collectively referred to as "Force Majeure Events"). These events do not constitute a breach of our service agreement.
